so i forgot to tell you all how ellie is smiling now and how cute it is. plus just today she started grabbing for toys. i'll try to catch a picture of her smiling soon!

Not a whole lot of new and exciting news on the home front.I have a few funny things from kimber. Last week we were shopping at wal-mart and she saw two sets of leaf shaped salt and pepper shakers one green and one white. she picked both of them up and asked me "which one do you think for my wedding? i have to marry a husband someday you know" i told her to put them back because we had some time to think about it. a few days later i bought some hair dye which she saw and asked "who's changing their hair to this" i told her i was, then she says "it's not gonna change your eyebrows you know" well ok. the other thing she says thats funny is instead of "that cracks me up" she says "that knocks me out."

we got our tree last weekend and decorated it, if i took a picture of it every day for you it would look different each time because the girls like to take the ornaments off of it and redecorate it.


also last night we went to robins and made a gingerbread house. i didnt have my camera there but here's a picture of the finished product.

1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? If I have to choose one it would be hot chocolate with french vanilla creamer and either marshmallows or whipped cream

2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? Wraps them. He likes to do each person with their own wrapping paper.

3. Colored lights on tree/house or white? When i put my tree up there will be white lights on it. I like colored lights outside.

4. Do you hang mistletoe? No, i never have but i should.

5. When do you put your decorations up? sometime before Christmas

6. What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)? we dont have a same menu every year, i like my moms homemade salsa, or im with robin on the honey baked ham

7. Favorite Holiday memory as a child: playing with my pretend food with my uncle zach one year

9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? Yes. Growing up i usually had Christmas eve with my Dad and step-mom. Now we open new jammies on Christmas eve.

10. How do you decorate your Christmas Tree? It has been all blue and silver ornaments with lots of stars,but i think ill add a new color this year

11. Snow! Love it or Dread it? i love snow, i dont love the bad driving that come with it
